Nicholas is an excellent tutor! He is very experienced and most knowledgeable in the latin language and in the Latin VCE Curriculum. He is not only a Doctor of Philosophy in Classics, he also knows how to pass on his knowledge to students. Nicholas will offer you lots of practice with sentences and texts and will make you most fit for SACS and the final exam. Since I started lessons with Nicholas, I began to understand Latin deeper and to enjoy the subject more. My scores went up and I became a very confident Latin student. Having been under Dr Tsentikopoulos' tutelage for five years, I could not be more grateful for the support provided and the effort put into each lesson by Dr Tsentikopoulos, which helped greatly in improving my knowledge of the subject. Dr Tsentikopoulos was able to convey information both clearly and concisely, and was always patient in explaining new or difficult concepts. All questions were answered thoroughly and in a way that would aid understanding, including those that were beyond the requirements of VCE (and HSC) Classical Greek. |

Nicholas is by far the most brilliant tutor of Latin I came across. Since he has a wide knowledge in Latin and Classical Greek language and history, he is capable of putting every Latin passage into context for you. Nicholas also uses a variety of source material for practice with Latin syntax and grammar. Most importantly, the way he explained even difficult structures, has assisted me greatly to feel confident in my Latin skills. Nicholas turned one of the most difficult VCE subjects into one of my favourite subjects. With Dr Nicholas as your Latin tutor success is quaranteed! |
