Once a client of Juku Tutoring, then at the time a lot smaller then what it has grown to become today I can personally vouch for Juku constantly exceeding my expectations - they made the experience fun and engaging while complementing the work we were given during school.
Whether I came looking for help with assignments, essay writing, course work or planning my study schedules - a proven expert in the subject was always available for help. I was tutored during year 12 through both one on one and group sessions as well as undertaking their exam preparation workshops and to this day I still emphasise Juku as an integral contributor to landing my first preference going into university.
Furthermore, I also found Juku as not a place to simply learn but felt mentored throughout the experience and through the stressful period that year 12 was, with the scale of course work and the transitioning/preparing for the years to come. It definitely helped having a mentor to turn to who had recently been through (and came out successfully) what we were going through.

My experience with Juku Tutoring was very different to other students’ experiences.
Before contacting Juku, I was finding school very difficult. I had no motivation
whatsoever. To be honest I hated the fact that my parents wanted me to get a tutor.
But once I met my tutor I didn’t see them as just a tutor. They were a friend I could
trust and rely on. My ability to trust them allowed me to relate to them and listen to
them. This allowed me to learn quickly and efficiently.
I would like to thank Juku for changing my perception of schooling and education, and if
it wasn’t for my mum contacting them, I wouldn’t be as happy as I am today. |

Our Juku Tutor was very polite and extremely organised it was scary. I didn’t even use
a diary before Juku came to the rescue. My folders were all over the place with
handouts scrunched up at the bottom of my bag. I learnt that organisation is critical not
just in school but also in living a successful life. Even though all I needed was a Maths
tutor, I learnt much more than Maths. |

As soon as I wrote my last answer for my last year 12 exam and the examiner said ‘5
minutes left of writing time,’ I had an immediate flash back to where I was last year.
At the end of year 11 I was so frightened and scared to face year 12. I didn’t even
know the subjects I chose were the right ones or the career I wanted to pursue was
right for me. I am sure a lot of year 11’s feel the same way as me. Then I thought
about the journey I had throughout year 12 and all the help and assistance my tutors
gave me. They taught me soft skills. For example, how to balance out your life
especially during year 12. How not to ‘burn out’ and how to make sure you’re at your
intelligence and motivational peak during the end of year exams.
They have a weird formula but it works. It is very unique and it cannot be easily
mimicked. I was so happy that I gave year 12 my very best and I look forward to
receiving my results in mid December 2014.
I know I have said thank you many times, but one more wouldn’t hurt.

As a mother of three children I wanted to ensure that I made the right decision when
contacting Juku, in regards to extra help for my children. I needed a tutor who could
come to my house and patiently walk my children through Primary School Maths and
English. The tutor I was looking for required patience and persistence in order to
attempt a question or explain a concept to my young children.
The tutors at Juku certainly exceeded my expectations. Not only were they fantastic
tutors they are great people and we consider them a part of our extended family. My
kids absolutely love the tutors. The tutors always dropped anything they were doing to
come over and tutor my children even if we gave them a day's notice. They were willing
to extend hours if one of my children had an important test coming up, which was great.
So basically all I can say is that they're extremely flexible and very, very kind.

I wish I signed up much, much earlier. Fantastic tutors who really do care about you. They
always drop everything they are doing to help you, it was really convenient for me. I could

Of all the tutoring I've undergone this was by far the most beneficial. At times even experienced tutors,
who are considered experts in their field can't relate as well to students - or my self anyway - as
effectively. I felt that no matter what I had a problem with or what needed clarifying the necessary support
was there.
Additionally, I remained motivated over the course of the tutoring, and this was to an extent attributable to
the attitude brought to the table by the tutor week in week out. The content seemed much less draining and
mundane than it did in class, with the energy and intrepidity of the tutor making the experience all worth my

Juku has been one of the most beneficial decisions I have made in my life. The team is absolutely fantastic all round and
continue to help us whenever a difficult task arises. Accounting was my weak subject until Chris gave me everything that I
needed to pass with flying colours. I highly recommend them for all VCE students regardless of what strength there at for
any subject. |

Juku has tutored me for the past 3 months in english, math and accounting. I found them to be well-
prepared, highly professional, diligent and always clear in their teaching methods. My marks significantly
improved with their help in all subjects. In particular, my essay writing improved markedly thanks to their
insightfulness, guidance and patience. I have had many tutors during high school, but never have I been
taught by someone so driven by the pursuit of their student's success. They each applied their own drive
for excellence to my studies, setting high goals for me, and ensuring that I achieved them. I would
recommend Juku to any student seeking help. |

Juku Tutoring has been great for me! Every week in 2012 I sat down in the small classroom environement where I was able
to learn amongst fellow peers. It also provides the opportunity to communicate with both fellow peers and tutors to further
compliment my learning and understanding. Consistency was key as each lesson developed the key skills I needed to
excel in Further Maths. For 2012, Further Maths was my only unit 3 + 4 subject and I was able to achieve a study score of
44, with the aid of Juku Tutoring. Currently, I am completing my other five unit 3 + 4 subjects and excelling in all areas. I
still attend Juku Tuturing for 2013 and it has given me the opportunity to further better my education. |

At first I thought Juku Tutoring was just another tutoring school that tells you what to do and you had to sit
their and listen to boring people. But after my first lesson I was very wrong! The Juku team were so cool
and weren't just tutors they were my role models. They gave me inspiration and motivation. Before I went
there I hated school and it was boring. They literally turned my world upside and I got into my dream
course thanks to Chris, Tom, Max and Nick. They help me in a variety of subjects and they went around
my schedule. As soon as I have a kid I'm sending them to Juku Tutoring, incredible experience the best
